✅ What does "No Regrouping" mean?
When we add, the ones digits add up to 9 or less.
We do NOT need to make a new ten. Each column stays in its own place!
4 + 3 = 7
4 + 3 = 7 — they all fit in one ten-frame! No new ten needed.
12 + 5 = 17

The ten stays full. We just put the 5 with the 2 ones → 7 ones. Still fits!
